Taylor did a great job explaining and then executing my localized deep cleaning yesterday. Dr Nguyen met you afterwards and talk to me through oral hygiene and care in a very easy to understand way. In fact, their entire team was great, and I love the fact that my point was on time and I did not have to wait really at all for my appointment. I'm very happy to recommend them! Ps. My wife is a natural health person and so I also appreciated being able to ask the team there about clove and other topics. Fantastic to meet a dentist who is open to holistic health and genuinely cares for patients and their pocketbooks (especially as I was self pay) rather than prioritizing his own. ~ Dave S

I can’t say enough good things about this office! The hygienist is so gentle and accommodating and Dr Nguyen is great. I’ve worked in dental for 15 years and I love this office for my own dental care. The way Dr Nguyen speaks to patients is incredibly educational in a very down to earth way. He recommended a new crown or repair to the crown on an implant and spent a good amount of time discussing treatment options with their pros and cons. The best part is I felt like this was a solution based conversation not a sales pitch. His whole staff is incredible and you can see his patient care first attitude in the office culture. The staff is always wonderful, and I especially appreciate Manager Theresa and Hygienist Kathryn for their excellent service. Dr. Nguyen performed a dental crown procedure for me, and the result is perfect. He was thorough, patient, and paid great attention to detail. The entire procedure was painless, and I can confidently say his work is exceptional – especially since I'm a dentist myself. I have been twice. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. I have never waited more than a couple minutes to be called back. The hygienists I have seen have done a great job. I've only seen the dentist once but he was nice and he didn't try to talk me into an unnecessary root canal on a crowned tooth, as many other dentists have. So far I am very impressed and for the first time ever, I don't dread going to the dentist. ~ Tracy S

A co worker of mine had refered this office and I was so pleased with my daughters visit! I honestly can't say enough great things about the staff and the office! My daughter is 9 and they did a great job with her as she was super nervous! The office is so clean, the staff is friendly and I was seen within 5 min of my appointment time. My son and I went in to Willowbrook Dentistry today for an exam and cleaning. We were very pleased with our visit. As a matter of fact, it was one of the best visits to a dentist office that we ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not have a long wait time and received excellent service. 2 weeks ago I came in for treatment in my molars and the staff and doctor were very professional and pleasant. The office is clean and neat. I would highly recommend this place for the proffesionalism, cleanliness, punctual with no waiting time and overall affordable. Dr is a great dentist!!! He has excellent bedside manner and has a very gentle touch. He is able to make you feel as relaxed as possible during any procedure. I cannot recommend him enough as a dentist. Office staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. ~ Brandy H

Awesome Girls and Great Dentist. He may not be a pediatric dentist but you would never know it cus they were great with my 4 year old. He had a filling and is still not afraid of going back. Also they work fast and the office is clean and classy. Would recommend to anyone. ~ M3ly D
